Every Wanderstamp piece is personalized and printed in the USA after you order. Production takes 2-4 business days, and standard US shipping usually takes another 3-5 business days. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Free shipping
Standard shipping is free on US orders over $85.
Lost packages
If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your order, check with neighbors and wait 3 days. Still missing? Contact us within 30 days of the delivery date and we'll help with a carrier claim and send a one-time free replacement. If the carrier lost your package in transit, we'll reprint it for free.
Damaged, misprinted or wrong item
We'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.
What we can't accept
Because every piece is made just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for size, change of mind or for typos entered at checkout. Please double-check your names and the Size Guide before ordering.
